Job Description
The Diversity and Inclusion Associate Director will collaborate with the Associate Dean for Diversity and Inclusion to develop strategic goals for diversity, equity, inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) at BU School of Medicine (BUSM. They will report directly to the Associate Dean and collaborate with offices, departments, students, faculty, staff, and alumni throughout BUSM. They are responsible for coordinating all programming and activities out of the Diversity and Inclusion Office. They will coordinate all logistics necessary for programs, events, and activities as well as all evaluations, data collection, communications, and advertising. They will be responsible for social media, maintaining the website, and all marketing. This person will keep track of all diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility programming support, and resources on campus. They will also assist in the creation and maintenance of the School’s Diversity Dashboard. They will assist in the creation of metrics goals and areas for improvement around DEIA.

Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience, or a Master’s with 5-8 years of experience.
